The following conditions define the main information regarding the items sold, the order, payment and shipping.

All pieces are handcrafted without the use of molds. For this reason, it is likely and natural that there may be slight differences between the product photos and the item received, as well as among pieces within the same series. These variations result from the artisanal process, making each item unique.
orders |
All items listed in the store that are available for purchase are already produced and ready for shipping or pickup at the atelier. There may be limited edition collections that will not be restocked. If you are interested in a piece from a previous collection or would like a custom item, please contact us at hello@ramosceramica.com.
packaging |
All materials used for packaging and shipping are produced in Portugal and are eco-friendly, recyclable, and plastic-free. If any plastics are used, they are reused by the atelier and are essential to ensure the safety of the item during shipment.

Accepted payment methods on the website include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash payments are possible for purchases made by appointment at the atelier.

All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days. Orders can be picked up at the Lisbon atelier by prior appointment via email at hello@ramosceramica.com. Domestic and international orders are shipped via courier or CTT, usually with order tracking available via WhatsApp and email.
Shipping within Portugal costs €5. For purchases of €75 or more, shipping within Portugal is free. Shipping to Spain costs €8. International shipping costs range from €13 to €30. International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or customs taxes.
Ramos Cerâmica is not aware of the specific fees, which vary by country, and is not responsible for their payment. If for any reason the recipient refuses the delivery or does not pick it up within the required time, any shipping costs or associated delivery fees will be charged to the customer. A new shipment can be arranged after the shipping costs are paid again.
Regarding delivery times, shipments within Portugal typically arrive within 1 business day. International shipments take between 3-10 business days. Ramos Cerâmica is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
