Ramos Cerâmica accepts returns of items that are in perfect condition, within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@ramosceramica.com, specifying the order number and the reference of the items to be returned. Damaged or broken items, where the brand is not responsible, are not eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with the accompanying cards and branches. This shipment should only be made after the return is confirmed by the Ramos Cerâmica team. The return must be carried out through the brand's partner carrier, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. There is also the option to return the items at our Lisbon atelier, by prior appointment via email at hello@ramosceramica.com.

Exchanges of items in perfect condition can be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value. If the items are of greater value, the customer must pay the difference using the methods indicated by Ramos Cerâmica. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at hello@ramosceramica.com, specifying the order number, the reference of the items to be exchanged, and the new items you wish to receive. The item to be exchanged must be returned in its original packaging, along with the accompanying cards and branches. This shipment should only be made after the exchange is confirmed by the Ramos Cerâmica team and the availability of the desired items is verified. The new items will be sent within 14 days after payment confirmation (if required) and after the item is received at the atelier. Exchanges can also be made at our Lisbon atelier, by prior appointment via email at hello@ramosceramica.com.

Ramos Cerâmica will make every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, within 14 business days after the returned items are received. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Ramos Cerâmica is not responsible for lost returned items.

If you notice any damage to the items caused during shipping, please send an email to hello@ramosceramica.com within 14 days of receiving the order, including photos of the item and the shipping packaging.
